Bio
Will Picketts is an LA Pierce baseball alumnus, playing from 2017-2018 before transferring to play at Cal State Bakersfield for 2 years. He received the opportunity to play in the Cape Cod Baseball League in the summer of 2019 with the Y-D Red Sox.
After graduating from CSUB in 2020, he graduate-transferred to Cal State LA to play his final year of college baseball.
Since ending his collegiate career, he has helped lead the Philippines Baseball Group to spread Filipino baseball awareness worldwide, traveling to the Philippines to work with the Philippines Men’s and Women’s National Baseball Teams, as well as taking various PBG teams to tournaments and showcases around the US.
Will received his master’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State LA in 2023 and is currently teaching collegiately. He is engaged to Alyssa Rodriguez, his high school sweetheart of over 8 years.
