Men's Volleyball Defeats Antelope Valley in Three Sets
The Los Angeles Pierce College Men's Volleyball team won three sets over Antelope Valley College. With impressive teamwork and relentless energy, they won 25-17,25-16,25-13. The team's strong serves, effective communication, and solid defense allowed them to dominate the court and secure a well-deserved win.
Sam Henry and Luis Penate led the team in kills with eight a piece. Freshman Brandon Ta had 19 total assists, while David Montalvo added five digs. It was a flawless performance by Pierce as they were firing on all cylinders.
The Brahmas now own a 4-9 record on the season and a 1-3 conference record. Pierce visits Moorpark College this Friday, March 14. Start time is at 6:00 p.m. The Brahmas will be home next week on March 19 against Santa Barbara beginning at 6:00 p.m.
