Women's Basketball fired on all cylinders Friday night, in a 96=37 rout of El Camino in their season opener. The Brahmas got off to a fast start and worked their way to a 56-13 lead at halftime. Pierce had five players put up double figures in points. Sophomore Chasen Gutierrez led all scorers with 17 points, Miracle Aneese Millinghaus added 16, while Derricka Millinghaus and Tijera Henry added 15 a piece. Henry recorded a double double with 12 rebounds. Four Brahma starters put up double figures, while Jailynn Griffin added 12 points off the bench. It was a great opening night win for the Brahmas. Thier next home game is Thursday, November 16 vs Ohlone. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.
