With a 79-34 win over College of the Desert, the Brahmas women's basketball team recorded eight straight wins. Bringing their overall record to 10-2. Tijera Henry recorded another double-double recording 20 points and 15 rebounds.
Bahiyjaui Allen off the bench recorded 14 points, and Kayla Fisher had 16 rebounds along with eight points.
The Pierce defense held their opponents to 22% shooting from the field and only one made three-pointer. The Brahmas led by as much as 45 points at one point.
Pierce will now face L.A. Southwest on Wednesday December 12. It will be part of basketball doubleheader men's will tip-off at 5 p.m. and women's tip-off at 7 p.m.
