The Los Angeles Pierce Women's Volleyball team recorded their first win Friday night visiting LA City College.
The Brahmas were able to win some close sets to grab the win in four sets. (25-22,23-25,25-11.27-25)
Three out of the four sets came down to the wire with Pierce being able to expand a late lead.
Sophomore Elizabeth Fawcett led the team in kills with 16, followed by freshman Kandace Bowens with eight.
Pierce will host Compton College on Wednesday 9/11 at 6 p.m. looking to make it a winning streak
